The Kairos Commitment
If our booth fails to operate for any reason on your event day, you receive a full refund — no questions asked. We arrive 45 minutes early, test everything, and stay onsite for the full duration.
If you need to cancel 14 or more days before your event, you receive a full refund of any amount paid. We understand plans change, and we will never hold your deposit against you with reasonable notice.
